Several months ago our garage door cable came off and we unable to close the door on a Saturday afternoon. We called several companies but could not get anyone to come out until Monday. With the door not shutting, we were nervous about waiting. Then I called Burkhead, and they came and fixed the problem that day. Recently, the door had been making a noise when opening and was getting worse, I called Burkhead to come out again and check it. It ended up being a roller that was stuck and they lubed it and got it working smoothly again. And this time, they came out as a courtesy and didn't charge. Great company and knowlegable staff, highly recommend them to everyone. Burkhead will be my go to choice for all garage door needs. Thank you so much.
